HG Staging and reDesign will do a room by room analysis and advise the home owner on what changes to make through de-cluttering; de-personalizing; enhancing; re-arranging of furniture; space utilization; painting; creating ambient lighting; repairing; cleaning; improving curb appeal (for houses); all the steps necessary for the home owner to get as much equity out of the property and to reduce the days on market.

Terms and Conditions
- Consultations are a flat rate and payable at time of service.
- Deposit of 50% required one week prior on all staging projects with remainder to be paid on day of staging.
- Vacant properties' staging rates are based on a living room, dining room, master bedroom, den / study (house), kitchen and bathroom.
- House and Condo Staging are based on enhancing existing décor, furniture and accessories.
- All prices are exclusive of cost of contractors to prepare home for listing e.g. painters, handyman, trades, organizers, packers, movers, etc.
- HG Staging and reDesign will, where applicable, use /recommend reputable contractors and will use designated stagers as assistants.
- HG Staging and reDesign and any assistants possess Business Insurance.
- HG Staging and reDesign is GST and OST registered.
